Winston Agency (“we,” “us”) builds brands and digital products. This policy explains what data we collect through winstonagency.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you contact us or use our calculator

We collect your email address when you submit our contact form or request a calculator estimate. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry. We send these emails through Resend, our email delivery provider.

When you browse the site

We use three analytics services to understand how visitors use the site:

  • Google Analytics (GA4) — collects anonymized usage data, page views, and device information. Google may set cookies on your browser. Google's privacy policy
  • PostHog — collects product analytics and interaction data. PostHog may set cookies on your browser. PostHog's privacy policy
  • Vercel Analytics — collects performance and web vitals data. Vercel's privacy policy

These services may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on pages.

Fonts and content delivery

We load fonts from Adobe Typekit and serve content through Sanity's CDN. These services may log standard server request data (IP address, browser info) per their own privacy policies.

Local storage

Our calculator saves your selections in your browser's local storage so you don't lose progress. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't run retargeting ads. We don't share your email with third parties for marketing. We don't build profiles to sell to data brokers.

Cookies

Google Analytics and PostHog set cookies to distinguish unique visitors and track sessions. These are analytics cookies, not advertising cookies. We don't use cookies for ad targeting.

Your rights

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale (we don't sell it). To make a request, email us at the address below.

EU/EEA residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to processing. To make a request, email us at the address below.
